How do live sessions work?
No fancy equipment required. Simply click your teacher’s Zoom link at your appointment time and we’ll take care of the rest! Your private lessons are your time to work one-on-one with your teacher, focusing on your vocal coordination to achieve comfort and freedom throughout your range.
How do I schedule my live Voice Lessons?
How does Vocal Coaching work?
Through your personal Student Account, you will be able to record your video performance and upload it directly to us privately. Record and submit the recording on your schedule. From there, your teacher will review your recording and send you feedback and practice tips within 72 hours.
Will Credits rollover?
Due to the nature of our operations, it’s not possible for us to honor expired credits during another enrollment period. However, if you’re struggling to use all your credits within the allotted time frame, Email Kate – we’d love to create a custom membership package that fits your needs!
Can I cancel/reschedule a booked lesson?
Due to the live nature of Online Voice Lessons, and in an effort to respect your teacher’s time, we do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a lesson without losing the available credit in your student account. Remember, your teacher is a valuable professional whose schedule fills quickly!
How Do I Access Lesson or Coaching Recordings?
You’ll be notified by email when a new post is available inside your personal Student Account. Lesson recordings are uploaded within 24 hours; Coaching responses are ready within 3 days.
What are members-only Events?
Cardon Voice members can enjoy online events, which range from informal open mic nights to recorded showcases. Most events are held over Zoom or Facebook Live; details released as each event is scheduled. These opportunities provide a great performance experience in a supportive environment, or you can sit back and learn by watching others while you build confidence in lessons and coachings.
How Do I Update/Change/Cancel Membership?
Your Cardon Voice membership is a month-to-month commitment. To cancel or change your membership package, simply fill out the membership update form with 15 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled renewal.
